Leading with Care: Effective Clinical Leadership

Purpose

This session will empower leaders to build stronger teams, drive excellence in care delivery, and create a positive, sustainable impact in their centers.

Learning Objectives

1. Define leadership, leadership styles, and clarify the role and responsibilities of clinical leaders in healthcare centers 2. Highlight the importance of leadership and how effective clinical leadership impacts resident care, staff performance, and overall organizational success 3. Address common challenges in clinical leadership 4. Provide strategies for leadership development and share actionable steps for building leadership capacity through training, mentorship, and professional development

Criteria for Successful Completion

To receive continuing education credit for this program, you must complete the entire course, including registration, viewing the video program, taking the post-test and obtaining a score of at least 70% or better, and completing the program evaluation. If you do not score a 70% or better, you may take the exam again as many times as necessary to receive a passing score. When a score of 70% or better is achieved, you will be able to move forward to the evaluation and receive your certificate online.
